Is document handling costing $100K?

We recently worked on a solution for a mid sized Accounting Firm.

Problem: Due to the many lines of enquiry and wide service offering. They were snowed under by the many steps required to onboard a client and also maintain compliance with ATO forms and portals.

Solution: We reviewed the clients email conversations and workflows. We then prepared a plan to automate 80% of all workflows. Covering all the different service lines including ATO portal.

Result: Email volumes are down significantly and the client is looking at automating other functions with us!

Increased Profit per year: Saved at least 5 Work Hours per day at $110 per hour = $105,600+ per year
